Tenant must put all necessary utilities in the tenant’s name upon move in. Tenant shall pay all deposits required by any of the utilities not provided by the landlord.
Tenant must maintain all utility services in the premises throughout the term of the lease. The only exceptions to these requirements are case specific and clearly stated in the lease.
